How do I book?Directly on our website you can book using any mobile or technical device. Choose the “Book Now” option and respond to the requested information as clear as possible. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

What is your cancellation policy?If cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to your event date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded back to you. However, your deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to your event date and you will have the option to reschedule your event based on our availability.

What is soft play?Soft play is a mobile playground designed for any occasion for small children to play, explore and have fun. All the equipment is made of soft and padded materials. Soft play increases motor skills, social skills, creativity and cognitive development.

Is there an age limit?Yes, our soft play equipment is ideal for children 6 months to 5 years old.

Are you insured?Yes, we are insured! If needed, we can provide a Certificate of Insurance.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?If there is inclement weather or rain in the forecast, we will need an alternative indoor setup option, reschedule your event or offer a refund. All credits will be valid up to one year of the original event date.

How often do you clean your equipment?Our equipment is cleaned and sanitized before and after all events. The disinfectant spray that we use kills 99.9% of virus, germs and bacteria with no harmful chemicals. It’s EPA approved and safe to spray around children.

Is a deposit fee required to secure my date?Yes, a $100 deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full a week before your event. Any events booked 7 days or less of your event date, the full amount will be due at the time of booking.
